Monday, June 21st –  Tuesday, August 24th

Hours: 7:00AM to 6:00PM

Herbert Hoover Elementary- Only Location

$240 per week

7 week minimum

*Limited Enrollment*

*Children must have completed Kindergarten before attending any camp*


Weekly Rate:  $240/week

Deposit: $480 (2 weeks tuition)

  • Non-refundable after May 3, 2021
  • Request for deposit refund must be received in writing prior to May 3, 2021

2nd child discount applies if attending 7 or more weeks.

*Camp must be paid in full by May 21, 2021*

A $5.00 convenience fee will be added to all credit/debit card/check online payments.

ELRC Families: $100 activity fee 1st child, $75 2nd child, 3rd child- no fee

*Please call for the scholarship code*

*All ELRC families must be set-up on auto pay. Payments will be set weekly (Sunday).*

We are currently discussing swimming with several local pools.  If pools are open and are following Center for Disease Control (CDC) recommendations for social distancing, and we can safety swim, we will do our best to schedule swimming.

 Start/End date of camp dependent on Neshaminy School District Calendar

Before Camp: 7:00AM – 9:00AM

After Camp:  4:00AM – 6:00PM

Parent Camp Handbook 

What to Bring To Camp

  • Serving the Neshaminy District since 1989

  • Kindergarten through 8th Grade

  • Field trips and pool visits as available

  • Two healthy snacks everyday based on USDA standards

  • Mature, experienced will-trained counselors.  All of our senior counselors are over age 21.

  • Summer book Reading Club using the Neshaminy School District lists

  • Fun Activities and Camp-Wide Big Events

  • All staff have completed background checks in child abuse and criminal record clearance

  • We transport students in vans or a school bus

  • All staff certified in First Aid and Water Safety

  • Staff receive training on safety, supervision, teaching students social skills

  • Parents are welcome on all trips or to visit the sites at any time(Not possible during COVID_19)
